After being in an accident, I spoke to Laura Bloomer at the Solihull branch. She was so lovely, extremely helpful, gave great advice and dealt with our claim promptly. We didn't feel rushed and she was happy to answer any questions my husband or I had. A really pleasant experience after a bad start to the day.

How surprised to find that my insurance was cut be 50%.
I was seen by Cecile Virely a branch adviser. Firstly, how pleasent these days to have someone to speak to.
Cecile went through my present insurance details. After some searchs and discussion on what I exactly needed she found that Howden Insurance could do much better than my present insurer and with several extra features and still cheaper!
What a thorough search which takes time and patience with someone who knows a lot more than trying to do it on line...taking her time to explain details of the product.
My wife and I found it cheaper dealing with Howden Insurance for our House Insurance.
Being in the 'older bracket' it is wonderful to be able to do this face to face with someone with the experience Cecile. With thanks.

Catherine Smith from Howden was helpful and constructive - and I am happy to rely on Howden to do all of the administration of my home insurance. What prevents the top mark is, with insurance on two buildings, it seems nonsensical that the two accounts are not brought together but handled in different branches

I have been with Howden/A Plan for many years , but I did not think they had fully researched the market for better offers , when dealing with the renewal of both my car and buildings insurance , until I prompted them and queried the quotes initially provided . Once i did that were very helpful
