The main factor of attraction that took my attention to trying Howden Insurance was that they have established a network of "Walk In" Main Street offices where you can talk "Face to Face" with an adviser without the aid of a telephone or computer.
Now in my late 70@s this feature is comforting for me and much less nerve wrecking trying to navigate around a keyboard. The first experience was plesant and professional and "reassuring on the spot"that everything was in order. I have no hesitation in reccomending this companies services and knowledge within the Motor Insurance Service.

Recently we cancelled the insurance policy we had arranged through Howdens for our camper van. Our cancellation was dealt with courteously and efficiently by Vicky Jenkins.
There were 4/5 months of the policy unexpired and normally the premium for this would not have been refunded by the underwriters. We were disappointed by this so Vikki said she speak to the underwriters on our behalf and see if they would be prepared to make a refund. We waited and she returned after a short while with a very acceptable refund which she had negotiated.
We were very impressed by her performance.
