Having discovered we did not have buildings and contents cover for the last eight months with the Post Office for which we have filed a complaint.
I returned to Howdens Insurance. The Gentleman was very helpful and supportive of our situation and did his best for us by splitting our Buildings and contents Insurance between two suppliers to get us the best value.

We went to the Malvern office to enquire about home insurance. We have car insurance through Howdens and thought we would see what was on offer. The young lady who helped us, Lily Beth, was very friendly and good at her job. She sorted out our home cover with a better policy which was a lot cheaper than the one we had. Always very pleased with any dealings I have with Howdens.

A lovely competent person to deal with who has gone out of her way to help with both my car and home insurance. I would highly recommend using this branch of Howden Insurance and in particular Deborah. A very pleasant experience in the minefield that is insurance.

I love being able to speak to a human being in a town I know well. Smaller brokers like this seem to be able to negotiate better than the big boys and get a better deal. They staff are friendly and approachable and phoned me at a time what was convenient for me. I have more than one policy with them and they waived the arrangement fee for my latest one.

The transfer of insurance from my wife, who recently passed away, to myself worked well. A bit dissappointed that I was charged extra form the insurers rather than sraight free transfer as I was a nnamed driver on the insurance. I should have waited until her policy ran out and then transfered it.
