Laura Hall from Howden was excellent. She took time to understand what it was we wanted from our car insurance and then found us cover which had everything we wanted and saved us nearly £150 on our renewal premium. Laura patiently answered all our questions and there was no hard sell. Due to our experience with Laura we will definitely use Howden again when our house and travel insurance is due.

Steve Davis acted as my main contact for the insurance of my newly acquired Audi R8. He acted intelligently and knowledgably throughout the process and demonstrated a high level of professionalism at all times. Additionally, I thought he managed me well and didn't allow my impatience to get in the way of him doing a thorough job. I just spoke to Holly Gull at Thatcham. She was excellent. Polite, knowleable and friendly, she also has a voice that should be on voiceovers. I was being a bit of a pain and she was very patient with me and also saved me money. As I am one of the tightest men on the planet, this elevates her to an almost God-like status in my eyes.

Alex Falwasser, based in Salisbury, was absolutely amazing. I didn’t think I’d be able to get insured, as other insurers were quoting me ridiculously high premiums. I was so stressed and really thought I might have to stop driving for a while. After almost giving up, I called Howden, and Alex went above and beyond to help me. He worked on this for a few days to find an insurance plan that was affordable for me. I would recommend Howden to anyone.

In the last 5 months, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Howden, not only for my vehicle insurance but also my home insurance. I spoke with Joseph Simmons two weeks ago, as was looking to change my home insurance provider - plus I had had Top Drawer service when renewing my vehicle insurances in both May and June with Howden. Joseph was excellent, listened clearly to my insurance needs, he ran through some scenarios - and rang me back the next day as agreed to go through the quote information he had researched. Two phone calls with Joseph, great customer service, my insurance renewed without fuss and got the cover I need at an agreeable cost. A flurry of emails and updates, plus all the contact information and my Howden online portal updated very efficiently - there is no stress or worry as Howden take all that away from you. I must also mention, that other members of the team I have spoken with have great customer focus too. Thanks again Joseph and the Howden Team.

I have recently taken out insurance with Howden’s and it was dealt with so fast it made my head spin, in a good way, every single member of staff I have spoken to have helped me out and dealt with my insurance with great enthusiasm and wealth of knowledge also I must add every single member of stuff I’ve spoken to has been extremely polite and friendly and made me feel comfortable in every way and I’m very thankful to them, I recommend Howden insurance to anybody as I saved £ 1000 by taking out insurance with Howden, as it only cost me just under £500 with lots of extras, so to anyone else out there but don’t beat about the bush. I really recommend Howden insurance.
