I have been using Howden's for some time . For home insurance on this occasion. I always get some alternative quotes before deciding on my renewal otherwise prices could spiral over the years. I spoke to Catherine Smith who quickly was able to adjust the quote to the competitive quotes I had found by over £100. So Ok for another year. The questions get a bit tedious even if it's only once a year but I guess that's how it must be!

I was at first trying to get home and contence insurance with flood on the declaration when it wasn’t and a really helpful chap at Howdens found out it was classed as an escape of water which made my renew price much lower and they were as competitive as on line and you speak to a real person.
