Great service. Being able to talk face to face with an advisor. Given all the options available. Picking out the most suitable package. No pressure, no stress, able to take time to absorb all the information. I did car insurance and house insurance and got a very affordable quote. Documents can be printed out if you are not able to navigate the Internet. Highly recommend the Norwich branch. In days of everything being online. It was great to deal with a kind, patient person, and not stress about trying to cram everything in an abrupt telephone call.
