Just had a lovely talk with Greg Campbell who was very helpful and direct, explained different options which helped me to reduce my cover & maintain high standards. When I spoke to them I was told things that were good and encouraged me to take out the policy but when I took it out the good things were not available and it turns out it was only stories so cost me more
