Had a great experience insuring 3 vehicles recently. Sam Frampton from Newport Isle of Wight branch went the extra mile to help make the process run as smooth as possible, he was polite and punctual throughout and managed to secure some brilliant rates on my vehicles.

I had been in contact with Howdens after having issues with a different insurance broker.
Amy answered the call and her service was second to none.
She was patient whilst I explained and helped me find cover - went through everything thoroughly at the quoting stage.
Amy did continue to follow up with me and I was happy with this part of the service as I'd been having some complications at the time and wasn't convenient for me to go through with it all at the time, Amy was great at reassuring me the quote was still there and I could call back regarding it.
I did that today, Amy was busy although I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Kelsey today.
Kelsey also displayed a high level of professionalism without making me feel like I was on trial, I some times struggle to understand some thing and am simply under educated in others, both Amy and Kelsey were extremely patient with me and helped me to understand more of what I was actually agreeing to and declining.
By both of their telephone manners, I have been made to feel at ease and completely trust I am in safe hands using Howden Insurance.
I was directed to Howden Insurance by others who have used the service, I can fully appreciate why they did! I shall be passing the recommendation on also.

Annual review of contents Insurance. Simran was super helpful. Explained the benefits with the policy and the extent of the cover in place. As an existing customer it is easy to deal with all the insurance in one place. You can get it cheaper by shopping on-line but the level of service and speed of payment should you need to claim means that using Howdens makes life easier. Recommended.

Having had a recent claim I can confirm that Howdens made a very stressful experience easier than it could have been, the claims person (Sonia) was a real star!
For this reason we decided to stay with Howdens for this year although we could have saved money by going elsewhere.
