Really kind and friendly staff, took the time to ensure all my needs were met. Explained everything really clearly and I felt happy and reassured. Decided to go with Howdens for my car insurance this year as we have house insurance and hubby has his car insurance with this company. My existing insurancer quoted me twice as much than what i paid last year for this years renewal. Which is expected but not double the price.
Lovely experience from start to finish setting up my new insurance policy with Hannah at their Lichfield Branch . Everthing was explained well to Me about my policy.
No hard selling. It was really nice to to speak to a human for a change.

The reason for using a broker was very simple. I wanted to speak to a real person face to face or on the phone. Renewing my policy has been very effective and provided an affordable solution every time.
When my car was involved in an accident and written off I found myself extremely stressed and unsure dealing with the insurance company, they used a salvage company and car auction company to deal with the claim, even before the car had been assessed for damage.
James Millyard and Steve Price from the Salisbury office were amazing they dealt directly with the insurance company, advising me every step of the way in this very difficult and complex process. As a broker they were amazing, I felt I could trust them to deal with this and take the stress away.
My claim has been completed, and I'm satisfied with the outcome, even though I would have preferred to still have my lovely car!
I would highly recommend using them for all insurance, as they get the price and cover right! When things go wrong, they are there to help you and get the claim resolved without complications.
