This is the first time I have used Howden and was very impressed from the start. I wanted to change my car insurance provider and several things impressed me, I didn't have to hang on the phone for 25 minutes before the call was answered, Shane went through everything regarding my insurance and explained in easy to understand terms about the insurance and came up with a competitive quote.
To be honest the quote was slightly more than I was quoted by my previous insurer but the whole process was less stressful and less time consuming, and more informative. So worth the little extra in my opinion.

I’ve used these guys a couple of times now. I Cannot recommend them enough if you have a modified van. T6.1, 24 plate virtually brand new van with tonnes of mods insured for £505 fully comp. Adrian Flux were double their price. Ibrahim thanks mate for sorting it out 👍

Number cropped up on site I was looking at police related. Don't know how that happened.Spoke to Richard who transferred me to the lovely Chris. Rest is history. Now insured with yourselves. I found both chaps very personable and helpful. Both are very much a credit to your company.
