I must say. We’re in the process of changing cars over for our son. Things got complicated with the sale. But Sam Frampton at the Isle of Wight branch really did go the extra mile. 4-5 phone calls ( which was my fault as dates kept changing) but Sam always rung me back and finally rung me back this morning ( Saturday) as promised. Now all ready to pick the car up tomorrow and my son can drive his old 1 till tomorrow night. I can’t recommend Sam and Howden enough. Thanks very much. 👍🏻

Bobby at the Tooting office was really helpful, patient and polite in guiding me through the insurance policy with Howdens. She followed up on specific queries and was prompt at getting back to me. As I was uncertain when i was going to purchase the vehicle, Bobby generated a number of quotes and kept in touch so I was able to get the insurance and drive off straight away. The price was competitive and service unsurpassed

Top marks to Katie , she followed our water seepage claim through for us at a time I thought it would be a matter of we had lost our flood cover, but she came back after the photo's we had sent and gave the good news that the flood cover had been resolved and the company had reinstalled, very pleased many thanks.

Howden Insurance Farnborough had been my brokers for many years. I recently had a problem with my car insurance renewal due to some misleading claims information on a register. James got the necessary paperwork from my previous insurers & resolved my problem quickly & efficiently.
I am not currently insured with them but was still treated as a valued client.
