As I normally deal with Howden's for our car insurance's they were the first port of call to enquire about travel insurance. Our local branch were unable to deal with this but they kindly gave me a number to call at the Solihull branch where I was put through to Nicole.
The service I received from Nicole (Solihull branch) was very professional and friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. The thoroughness of the questions and the friendliness of her approach made what can be a time consuming process fly by, giving confidence that I have purchased more than adequate travel insurance for our forthcoming holiday.

I've been using Thomas at the High Wycombe branch for years and he has a knack of thinking outside the box to get the cheapest quote - going to great lengths to do so. He recently saved us £1200 on the next cheapest quote. Superb experience thanks Thomas

Minor hiccup initially whereby a return call had not been received in order to consider and discuss a policy renewal but Kerry in the Witney Office picked up the chaser call and dealt with it in a professional and respectful and business like manner. At the same time she conveyed a feeling of having a good understanding of the market and what was important to me. No reason to think I wont continue to be a customer in the future.

Heather explained everything clearly as we went through the process of reinsuring over 15 classic vehicles. Also she asked questions about the some of the vehicles which demonstrated she had a genuine interest in classic cars. Heather called me back very quickly to answer my queries. Not least I was able to talk directly to someone knowledgeable on the phone. Excellent service
