I have several motor policies with Howden and aways find them very competitive. I have all my policies in one place for one good reason - with Howden you get to speak to a REAL LIVE PERSON! This year I changed my home policy to Howden having been with another broker for donkeys years. I left because the knowledge and advice I was getting was woeful. Thinking I'd give Howden a try I was put through to a guy called Craig James who was so professional and knowledgable in his approach to customer care. He was simply exemplary. Thank you Craig for your time and guidance, it was a pleasure doing business with you. If Craig's boss is reading this - you've got a star there.
