So often these days good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, and when contacting companies you find yourself waiting ages for telephones to be answered and speaking to a different person each time you call. Therefore, it was refreshing to find that this was not the case when I contacted Howdens in Farnham. Not only was Richard Sutton extremely helpful in going through my requirements and responding promptly with recommendations, but he always replied quickly to telephone calls and emails. I would have no hesitation in using Howdens again.

I dealt with 3 individuals regarding the renewal of my household insurance Maria, Natasha and Tom. They were all very helpful. Maria was able to give me an option to reduce the amount I payed for insurance by splitting my buildings and contents issuance between 2 different insurers. I wouldn't have considered a possibility. I am grateful for this.

I have recently undertaken renovation work on a property in London and Kamran Hussain of the High Wycombe office was great when it came to guiding me through obtaining the relevant works policy, and has subsequently been equally impressive when it has come to switching to a normal home and contents policy. He is responsive and very well informed of the options out there.

I think in a world of average to poor service it should be highlighted when excellent service has been provided. Matthew Clark listened and understood what I needed, clarified with the insurers my specific questions, established exactly what I needed for each car and negotiated what I feel is a good price for holistically covering all our cars under one policy. Matthew did everything I required both promptly and efficiently. The whole interaction and experience was certainly a pleasure. Well done!

My house got broken in and my car was stolen! When I phone up spoke to Andy Reid and Christ Cocking at Taunton branch both were very helpful, very supportive, yes I was upset my brand new expensive car was gone! During my lost this 2 people was continued phone me checking on the progress when police has got my car back it was in such a bad condition my anxiety was worsen!
