Today, for the first time, I visited the Tunbridge Wells office for Howden Insurance, having previously bought all of my insurances on line. I was greeted by Nathan Warren - and I can only say how super impressed I was by his personal help and approach, warm, professional, and efficient. I appreciated the personal approach, and positive customer experience. Ill certainly use Nathan as my first choice going forward. 100% recommended.

Always very helpful with competitive quotes. It would have been a 5 star experience , but a mistake was made on the level of contents insurance that was requested at the time - but to be fair this was rectified immediately it was pointed out , at no extra cost.
