We went into the Chelmsford branch and spoke to George. Who we found to be very friendly and helpful in sorting out home and car insurance. I do find it so much easier dealing with a person face to face than trying to sort things out on the internet.

They took the time to give me advice on the cover and miles I should take into consideration. Gave me a great deal and both of my cars ( one of which is a classic Japanese import highly modified). Rang re buildings and contents renewal, call was answered quickly, nice to speak to a UK based office. Maria Ormesher answered the call. She quickly found my account and recognised what I needed. As with most insurance quotes nowadays there was an increase from last year but Maria talked me through a range of options so I could get best quote and repayment options for me.
Everything was dealt with clearly and quickly and all the follow up paperwork was quickly sent. I was very impressed with the service I received and would have no hesitation in recommending this company and especially Maria who was extremely easy to talk to.
