Very informative, helpful and competitive plus local!! Policy to suit needs at a good price. For me it is absolutely bliss talking to someone face to face and easy communication!!! Last year I defected to another Car Insurer to save ££s ( and that was my only reason as I have always had great customer service from the Isle of Wight Branch previously). However 1 month in I had to put in a claim and it was an absolute nightmare so this year was determined to return to Howdens.
Olly is super friendly and very professional. He talked me through everything in a very easy to understand way and answered any questions that I had promptly. He also found me a competitive quote which I accepted.
He went above and beyond to rectify my misunderstanding re the end time of my previous policy ( talking 12 hours here! ).
I can’t thank him enough and he is a great asset to the Isle of Wight Branch and is Highly Recommended !!!

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Great team, have dealt with Joely,James and Tom (Bristol). They have a lot of patience and have always been super helpful.
