I have been with Howden Insurance in its various guises over the past few years, and have always had really good service.
I recently needed to rearrange my house insurance as we've moved, and so contacted the Macclesfield office, where I was dealt with extremely well by David Mercer.
Over a couple of calls, David sorted out both buildings and contents insurance. The service I received was far better than anything I could have had from a search engine based quote. During our calls, David was actively comparing and contrasting different insurance products, ensuring the final quote met my needs and was as competitive as possible.
I will be using Howden Insurance again.

Has, your agent in the Leamington Spa office couldn’t have been more help !! She went through every aspect of my dealings with her, found me a new Insurance company and set everything up very efficiently. She was absolutely delightful, and I really appreciated the cup of tea one of her male colleagues made for me ! Things like her manner and the cuppa set out this office as a very good establishment.

Howden have been very easily to deal with, in regards to getting insurance quotes and also dealing with any claims. As in for my example my windscreen need replacing and I was able to get the work done at the main dealer and claim back the cost minus my windscreen excess. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to insure high high-value or high-performance car
