Cristina (Exeter) worked super hard to answer all our questions and ensure we have the right house insurance policy and specifically cover for our bikes both at home and away. It's been a while since I've experienced such good customer service. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We now have van and house and would thoroughly recommend.

Both agents I spoke to were seemingly well informed, helpful when I asked questions or sought clarification.

On receiving my insurance renewal documents I was as usual horrified by the hike in premium. I normally have a go at the insurer directly but this time I decided to use an intermediary. As a result of using Howdens (Louise from the Wimbledon office and Ian from Alton) I was able to achieve a massive saving. I shall be using their service again whenever renewal docs arrive for other insurance needs. They were clear, helpful and responsive. Recommend them highly.

I initially had an unfortunate experience with Howden in Yeovil, but I am very happy to say that this problem has now been effectively and politely solved. Scott Allen the Branch Manager personally dealt with the issue and has been extremely helpful. I would now be entirely happy to recommend the services of this branch of Howden.

Have dealt with this company for 30 years and have also found them to be helpful and with good advice, could always get some insurances a little cheaper on line but you lose that personal contact when you need advice or help.
