Thank you so much to Robert Evans in the Chester office for coming to my rescue and finding us a great deal on our car insurance.
I was having a nightmare on the comparison websites and because of their algorithms the prices seemed to keep being increased with every search. In addition, I had made a typo with my personal details and they wanted to add fifty quid on to the policy to make the change, even though the policy hadn't even been issued.
Anyway, I thought I've had enough of this and I want to speak to a person. I have walked by Howden's office on Frodsham Street many times so I gave them a call. Within 30 mins Robert had sorted out my car insurance and he gave me great advice about some No Claims Bonus years my partner had which was eligible to be transferred over to me at very little cost - we were delighted.
Excellent customer service, very friendly and Robert knew his stuff. Highly recommended and I know where to go next year.
