I have been a customer of Howden (A-Plan) for many years and have always found their work to be very thorough resulting in very satisfied outcomes. This year was no exception. Tasmyn at the High Wycombe branch advised switching to an equally comparable high quality provider at a lower fee than the previous year (and a c.20% discount to the renewal fee being asked by the incumbent). Quality broking.

I am a long term delighted customer of Howdens, so when an elderly, disabled friend contacted me for help with a complex insurance problem with his 200 years old house, I contacted Howdens for procedural guidance (not advice) about how the industry works.
My local Branch (thanks, Lee at Northampton), immediately referred me to the Howden's "Non-Standard" team. Richard S. went to exceptional lengths to explain "the system". I passed this all onto my friend and his existing providers are now dealing with the problem properly. When it is all sorted out, I strongly suspect he will be contacting Howden's locally.
The problem would not have happened for a Howden customer!
