I had a minor RTA and I made one phone call to Rohit Mall at Howden Insurance and it was all dealt with so professionally and swiftly on my behalf - the phone calls were made for me to the insurer and car hire company. Absolutely incredible how the stress was all shouldered by Rohit in sorting it out. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I have had excellent support and assistance from Howden Insurance over many years. House, Car, Boat & Motorbike. I recently had to claim on my vehicle insurance (the first time in nearly 50 years of driving). James Cervi of the Farnborough branch guided me through the process and went above and beyond to make sure the underwriters sorted and processed the claim in a timely and fair manner.
