The lady who answered was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Understood what I required with regard to Home Insurance tool details and said she would get back to me, which she did with 3 quotes. At no time was I pressurised into accepting any of them. After looking at them I decided to accept one of them
and everything continued very smoothly with any questioned I asked were answerd with a full explanation. 100% happy with the service I received.
