We received a flyer I'm the post advertising Howdens as a local insurance company which appealed to me straight away. We called them when we needed to renew our car insurance, they were easy to get hold of, very courteous and keen to get our business.

The house has never had a problem in fifty years so all I can say is the people I spoke to on the phone to insure again were all very good, polite and helpful. Work hours if you ring for a quote and advise, well, they will sort you out. No crackling phone being redirected and all that s@@t, straight through to someone, hope the review helps

It was my first time using a high street broker, as would usually use online brokers. I needed insurance for a higher risk property and Kimberley Phillips helped me fine a suitable policy for my needs and situation. The premium quoted was far better than anything i’d found, and Kimberley went above and beyond checking policies to make sure it was right.
