Today I renewed my yacht insurance via phone with Howden Insurance , Parkstone Office . My contact was with Jon Hardy , their marine insurance specialist . Jon was extremely helpful as this was my first contact with Howden and we were able to make necessary adjustments . I am very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Jon and Howden .

The gentleman at Howden Insurance that I was served by was very helpful and informative. He did his best to get me the insurance I wanted at an acceptable cost. I felt reassured by having a face to face conversation with him and any queries I had were dealt with promptly. I much prefer having the human contact when renewing my insurance and Howden Insurance provide just that.

I received very efficient service and a competitive quote in a niche area of insurance which can be overly expensive.
Unfortunately Howdens were unable to compete with Admiral whom I insure cars with, which was a shame as I’d rather use a friendly broker.
