I had purchased a new car. I contacted Howden for a quote which was on the higher side. I asked them to review there quote which they did , and came back with a better quote which I accepted. So always ask if that’s there best quote, as you can always go elsewhere. Stay competitive Howdens.

I've had the most outstanding experience with this business. I dread doing stuff like this and try to do it all online with as little fussing around as possible, and if I have to speak to a real person I get the horrors. That being said I was fortunate enough to be put in touch with Toby, and Toby is my new super-hero. He made the entire process absolutely painless, went out of his way to do everything he possibly could for me, dug deep & found me excellent offers and kept me entertained throughout. THEN..... the van we're insuring was held for over a month longer than planned by Ford to fix a software glitch, and Toby just took it in his stride. He kept quotes live, calculated new ones without me having to do anything (literally), continuously shopped around for the best prices and was an absolute dream! Today we found out that the van will finally be with us next week and Toby contacted me within minutes, had already found a quote that was even better than any of the ones before, and it was all signed and sealed within minutes. Absolute excellence, and my standards are pretty high so that's really saying something! Toby went miles out of his way to provide such outstanding service, meaning I'll take all our business there in future.

What made our experience great was the knowledge of Luke at Worthing Branch. His initial advice and further advice, with explanations , was in depth and perfect for what we hope will be a restful holiday. I particularly liked the way, when I asked for a printed copy of the policy, he immediately said this would be put in the post. Overall a pleasant experience.
