April at the Poole office was fantastic. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. Also extremely good prices. Have already recommended to friends looking for camper in conversion insurance. Will also be using them in future for the other car in our household.

Danny Gilman excelled is his client service to me. He listened to all my concerns in detail. He exchanged a large number of requests for additional information that I needed. I was almost deciding to go elsewhere as I could get my insurance cover cheaper. He made me decide in favour of staying with Howden by his persistent good service. Let's see what next year brings.

Good old fashioned personal service, is like a breath of fresh air in these modern times of computer zombie responses. Dealing with Howden’s I spoke to a real person, who was an expert in his field and was able to quickly match what I wanted, at a price within my budget. Fantastic! So much better than any meerkat, or wax moustache gimmicks

My advisor was patient, as I needed to explain what I wanted, what I needed and to sort a problem for me, if it was possible. It was a lengthy conversation but so worthwhile, and culminated in Alison (Rodford) inviting other team members to help resolve my issue of my vehicle inaccurately described. After consultation, Alison told me they would continue to correct any inaccuracies, and call me the next day to complete the insurance for my replacement car. Next day, a delighted voice told me all was corrected and that the company suggested for my insurance had been over-ridden in favour of a better deal. I was so pleased to feel so valued - having had my confidence stolen for a very long time - and Alison being so determined to secure my needs to enable me to travel freely and securely on the roads. WONDERFUL.
