It was time for our Holiday Home insurance renewal so had the email to advise us about it and it included all the necessary information there were a few things to discuss about our cover before we could go ahead with the renewal so rang Howden the young Gentleman who dealt with me was absolutely superb he was polite very knowledgeable and helpful with all questions I had we sorted everything out to our satisfaction and proceeded with the renewal... I can't praise the service we got enough it was exceptional I would recommend anyone to give Howden Insurance a try for their insurance needs and don't forget Cheap isn't the best but their premiums are very competitive.....

I was pleased that I called in to Howdens in Cheltenham because, although I wasn't considering going back to them this year for car insurance ( last year they just couldn't come close to an online quote), I was asked to consider them this year and they came up with a quote very, very close to the online one and, as I have always been impressed by the personal service I have had from Howdens, I didn't hesitate to accept their quote.

I have dealt with Howden Insurance, for over 20 years. They were formerly Aplan Insurance. Ever since I have dealt with this Insurance broker, I have always had excellent customer service and find the staff very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to any who needs, to renew or take out a new lnsuance policy. Please keep up the outstanding service. Well done Howden Insurance.

I tried to book car insurance on one of the comparison websites, but there were problems and I gave up. What a relief to know we have a broker in my home town. Maria Ormesher at the Welwyn Garden City branch was so helpful, explaining everything as we filled in the forms. I can't imagine ever using a comaprison website again while we have a Howden's in town. Thank you.

Thank you very much to Greg Webb for great service with house insurance - I was speaking in parallel to the incumbent supplier who were particularly unresponsive.
