So often these days good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, and when contacting companies you find yourself waiting ages for telephones to be answered and speaking to a different person each time you call. Therefore, it was refreshing to find that this was not the case when I contacted Howdens in Farnham. Not only was Richard Sutton extremely helpful in going through my requirements and responding promptly with recommendations, but he always replied quickly to telephone calls and emails. I would have no hesitation in using Howdens again.

I dealt with 3 individuals regarding the renewal of my household insurance Maria, Natasha and Tom. They were all very helpful. Maria was able to give me an option to reduce the amount I payed for insurance by splitting my buildings and contents issuance between 2 different insurers. I wouldn't have considered a possibility.
