When initially contacted to renew my static caravan cover everything was explained very clearly, but I asked for a paper copy of all the details, and received it within a few days. I then had time to go through all the details at my own time and decided to stay with you. The phone call I received today was pleasant, quick and easy and I happily payed for my renewal. Nice to deal with a human being and not some foreign calls centre who just follow a script.

Perfect from start to finish. Purchased two policies from Leo Hanna. It's a shame he doesn't have a direct line but you can ask for him and you won't be disappointed.
