A very big THANK YOU to Nicole Hickman. We just printed off travel insurance docs for a water activities, holiday and the level of support was excellent. Explanations all along the way, referred to health survey person, that went well, and a very affordable price; while it was a 2 - day process, i really appreciated the support with this, and just about ready now for a fun week abroad.

Shane Diamond was superb in that he knew I had received a quote from my previous insurance provider and he was determined to beat it to keep my custom. He did!
