Being with a-plan is good because if you have any problems you can just pick up the phone and speak to them straight away and they are really helpful and polite. And gives a good service all the time and they will find you a good price for your insurance. I recently had a couple of car accidents and they was great. So yeah really happy

They have an office in my home town you get to talk to a real person who was extremely helpful and as well as that there is a phone number you can use to phone someone up.They where not the cheapest but i get fed up of being put in a line waiting and using live chat and not evan being able to get a phone number for a conversation that other companies use as far as I am concered thelittle extra they cost is well worth it for the service they provide

I so much prefer actually speaking to someone on the phone. I hate doing important things like car insurance on line. I find it really stressful.

My son, who has just passed his test was able to listen and join in with the conversation and learn about all that is involved. This was a really valuable experience for him.
Hopefully we won’t have to make a claim, but it’s reassuring that someone would be able to support us with the procedure.
