Catherine was very helpful. I find the current legalistic process of having to have everything read out to you, too long, when one is in the middle of a working day and busy. I am sure that I expressed my frustration with this, but Catherine was very patient with me and unflappable, with an overall professional approach that allowed us complete the process successfully.

Jack from the Birmingham Office was very accommodating, having to call me several times, between children pick up and work. He sorted my car insurance and beat the quote I had been given from elsewhere. I do find this company very good and always willing to let them quote for me each year. They do normally beat others and you have addition of knowing the name of the person on the other end of the phone
