Today, for the first time, I visited the Tunbridge Wells office for Howden Insurance, having previously bought all of my insurances on line. I was greeted by Nathan Warren - and I can only say how super impressed I was by his personal help and approach, warm, professional, and efficient. I appreciated the personal approach, and positive customer experience. Ill certainly use Nathan as my first choice going forward. 100% recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service. I was having a nightmare with other insurers and Eddie took cool and calm control of the situation. His expertise, knowledge and customer care was absolutely faultless. Always very helpful with competitive quotes. It would have been a 5 star experience , but a mistake was made on the level of contents insurance that was requested at the time - but to be fair this was rectified immediately it was pointed out , at no extra cost.
