Aimee at the Basingstoke branch was just brilliant. She talked through the various options and then at the last minute our car failed the MOT and we needed to get a new vehicle. We worked through everything again. We have been with howdens for many years - I love that I speak to a person every time !

First thing was, a person answered straight way, which I found reassuring.
Very helpful , offered extra cover, breakdown etc etc, but were not at all " pushy".
The lady's that I delt with were Karen, then I had to phone back with a detail and Maria helped me. All very good, no problems
