I was worried when my beloved A Plan was folded into Howden...but the fantastic, personal service I am used to has continued. We now have multiple cars insured through them as well as our house and our business. Which I guess is the benefit of Howdens as they can cover all my needs. I;ve had great service from all the people at Howdens, but a quick shout out to Taiya Irving who has just renwed my car insurance seamlessly, and saving me £140 on last years premium. Thank you.

I visited howden insurance in maidenhead with a someone unique requirement
VICTORIA was awesome - she sort information from her colleagues and came up with a theoretical quote but needed more info.
I returned the next day where Asst Manager ALEX completely dismissed my enquiry and actually refused service - Absolutely appalling service and attitude
Having spoken with MATTHEW the previous day I continued my conversation with him as VICTORIA was not working. MATTHEW was very attentive and took all the additional required information but now needed to talk to the underwriter (closed at this time)
I returned the next day for a third time
ALEX VICTORIA and MATTHEW were all in the office - Again VICTORIA was amazing and completed my request and I walked out with the required insurance (the insurance that ALEX said was “obviously impossible to quote for”
I knew my enquiry was “different” the the conduct of ALEX was appalling
An opportunistic apology that final visit would have been highly appropriate but it was not forthcoming - not the best example of “lead by example”
