Today I spoke with James Gilmour - what a lovely guy ! Professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly and a joy to talk to. He explained things - and even upsold me on the policy, so must be well-respected by his bosses. I shall be back next month to discuss motor insurance - why would I go anywhere else?

I have recently completed a renewal of my household insurance and travel insurance policies. It was a detailed process and the support provided by the Howdens Private Clients Adviser was excellent. The knowledge, approach, depth of review and client handling were top class.
