Excellent service . My enquiry for horsebox cover was quickly and efficiently handled by a readily available consultant . Great to work with, when you are converting a van to campervan. I said what I paid for the van and what I had spent so far, the modifications completed and what I expected to pay to complete the conversion. I've insured the van for that total. I'll take plenty of photos and keep receipts as I go.

I spoke to a delightful young lady Rachel Keyho who helped me renew my policy over the telephone . I also received my documents via Email and then by post 48 hours later . She was extremely efficient .
However, I did not receive any notification beforehand that the office in Kidderminster had closed and that my business had been transferred to your Worcester office . Not so efficient
It makes no difference though and I will probably renew in 2026 sssuming all is well . Regards Rob Webb
