Needed a special sort of house insurance. After filling in miles of questions on online I still could not get what I wanted. Rang Howdens explained my dilemma. After 10 mins of straightforward questions, I got my insurance at a price I considered to be very reasonable. So with a personable agent, who knew her job inside out, I could not believe my luck! Quite a bit less expensive than my previous insurer. Have used then before but was enticed away from them by a lower first year price. They have bounced back and previously didn't raise costs much each year.
