I WAS ON THE COMPUTER LOOKING FOR CAR INSURANCE QUOTES WHEN THE PHONE RANG AND ON ANSWERING WAS QUITE AMUSED AS IT WAS HOWDENS INSURANCE HOWS THAT FOR TIMING AS I WOULD NEVER OF HEARD THE LANDLINE HAD I NOT BEEN IN THAT ROOM WHO USES THE LANDLINE THESE DAYS LADY ASKED CAN WE GIVE YOU A QUOTE WE SEE YOUR RENEWAL IS DUE I SAID YES TIMING IS GREAT SHE PUT ME THROUGH TO MY LOCAL NEWPORT IOW BRANCH TO SAM HE TOOK ALL MY DETAILS HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL SAID HE WILL GET BACK TO ME HE DID AND FOUND ME A GREAT QUOTE NEAR ON £100.00 DIFFERENCE TO MY RENEWAL QUOTE FROM AA I ASKED THEM WHY MY RENEWAL WAS SO HIGH AS IVE NEVER HAD A CLAIM IN OVER 30 YEARS HE COULDNT GIVE ME A REASON AS TO WHY CONSIDERING CAR INSURANCE HAS I WAS TOLD COME DOWN THIS YEAR SO NO BRAINER I WENT WITH HOWDENS THERE AND THEN WHEN SAM CONTACTED ME SO FOR ME HE GOT ME A GREAT QUOTE AND IM SURE HE WILL DO HIS BEST THE SAME ON MY RENEWAL NEXT YEAR SO A BIG THUMBS DOWN AA AND A BIG THUMBS UP HOWDENS.
