I have been a customer of a plan for many years and found them quite competitive. However I have recently need to change my car and then change my insurance. They added an admin fee that I feel is pretty bad. They know my details etc. Then an excuse as to why it’s been increased - “well you have had your car for some years and won’t be used to driving other cars” I drive my daughters van every week and my husbands four by four what a cheek

I was only trying my luck with the insurance I was honest with them, a pipe was leaking that had been in the ground for over 60 years. I was turned down by the insurance company. The company appreciated my honesty and said so in an e-mail I received.
