I have contacted your company twice, in January for my car insurance and that was with Daniel and then again in April for house insurance and that was with Stephen. On both occasions I found each one very professional and helpful they saved me money and time as I did not have to spend lots of time looking at comparison sites and at the end of it not knowing if I had a good deal or not.

I already have both of my cars insured via APlan, I now have my home insured using them
I find the staff extremely helpful and very easy to deal with they were also very proactive in assisting me with a specific matter
My cars are due for renewal in July and so long as they are competitive both in terms of price and service I will be staying with them

I have been a customer of the Hereford Branch of A-Plan for several years, and have always been highly impressed with the customer care and service the staff provide whenever I visit. The Branch Manager, Ms. Philippa Ross, is second to none in her professional field. She and her small team of staff are always very helpful, friendly and polite.

Good, reliable, but sometimes frustrating. Ideal if you do not want a personal relationship with your broker, as you would rarely see the same adviser ( or advisor as the brokers say). Fairly typical of a large National company.
Although they have comprehensive records about an existing customer, their policies and requirements , they appear to to treat you very politely but as if you had just arrived on the planet .
Certainly not the best priced insurance cover, but expect to pay a little more for "personal" service, Admin. charges appear quite high for non-change policy renewals.
