I have used A Plan (Worcester) for many years as I value personal service and professional support, which you do not usually get with web based insurers. This is particularly important if a problem arises and you need a level of expertise. In the past week A Plan (Worcester) (Robert Pratt) have helped resolve a car insurance enquiry which took time and effort to gain information from my policy underwriters to assist me. I doubt I would have received this level of support from a web based insurer which just goes to show, you get what you pay for!!
