In these days of the internet it seems a bit old fashioned to use a broker, but believe me when it comes to negotiating with an insurance company over a claim, having a broker on your side really makes a difference. Also, and again from experience, a cheap quote on a comparison site often means a change in the terms of cover NEGATIVELY, so and don't be fooled even the big brand insurers do this!

I went into A-Plan insurance Thatcham with what I thought might be a complicated insurance problem.
Not for Christian....... what a lovely lovely guy. He was knowledgeable, smiley throughout, nothing was too much trouble, he empathised where necessary and even suggested he print me a copy of the proposal. Absolutely tip top customer service. Very very impressed. He spent a long time sorting out the insurance and at all times he was professional. This boy deserves a rise :)
