Having dealt with many insurance companies it was refreshing to find Howden Insurance so helpful. I had just purchased a camper van and found the company I was with did not cover camper vans. I spoke to Howden over the phone and they guided me every step of the way and answered all of my questions so I knew I would be covered for everything I wanted. A great experience and would certainly recommend.

Having received my quote for renewal of my house insurance, I got in touch with Howden to see if they could alter a few things. The young man who answered was very helpful and polite. He helped me through my policy explaining everything as we went along. He then offered to see if he could get me a better price. I left it with him. He called me the following day with a better price for exactly the cover I wanted. He again went through the policy with me to make certain I understood everything. I cannot fault the service I got in any way. I was treated with respect by a very helpful and polite young man. I am not certain whether I am allowed to name him, so I will not. I highly recommend this company and definitely give it 5 stars. *****

Lee Beckett helped me renew our AVIVA Buildings and contents cover when AVIVA ceased underwriting our old policy and it was necessary to change to a new product. Our requirements for cover were complicated but Lee was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process.
