Dealt with Tracy at the Leamington Spa branch to renew Building and Contents Insurance. Tracey was very helpful and worked with me to get a competitive quote on a quality policy from a recognised insurance provider that matched our needs. I did shop around and whilst the premium was slightly more than available on comparison sites I was happy to commit to buying through Howden's due to the professional service and knowledge that they will be able to help in the case of a claim rather than an impersonal call centre.
