I changed insurers this year on home and car. On recommendation I went to Howden. Daisy was truly brilliant, honest, welcoming, friendly, clear and thorough. She didn’t seem pressed for time and made sure that I was buying the right products. Oh yeah and such a great price for both house and car. What more could you want.

I don’t like doing policy renewals as I get baffle with all the jargon being said to me and I don’t always understand the terminology BUT I found speaking to Luke from Howdens actually ok, he made it simple and easy to understand and had a sense of humour to throw into the mix , made it all a very easy and enjoyable experience , thank you Luke same time next year 😁
