I found Howdens to be very friendly and efficient. They got back to me when they said they would and made the whole process straight forward and stress free. The price was reasonable I could have got a little cheaper elsewhere but I liked dealing with them so was prepared to pay a little more for the service they offer. I would definitely recommend giving them a try for your next insurance quote.

I have a difficult claim regarding injury while on holiday in Marrakech ,. Nicole Hickman has been incredibly helpful in sorting paperwork/ email's to the travel insurance company .I believe she has gone above and beyond in her efforts to help me . It is her dedication to excellent customer service that is really appreciated and impressive

The advisor quickly came up with a competitive premium for the car insurance renewal. The interaction was relatively straightforward with most queries answered. A policy proposal was sent to me by email quickly and I returned to the office the next day to confirm acceptance of policy. It was all done quickly and straightforwardly with NO phone queues to get through!!!
