It was really helpful to be able to speak to the insurance representative rather than on line purchasing. Car Insurance terms are so important to get right and there are a variety of options and have any queries discussed was so easy. Hard copy quotations were immediately e-mailed for consideration. The representative was professional helpful, listened and was easily contactable on the telephone - no long delays or vast time wasting pre-recorded options.
