This is my second year with Howdens and it includes an incident I needed to put through their cover in my first year.
Firstly I have three cars that aren’t the easiest to cover and they found a way to do it much more cost effectively than the direct to insurer or comparison sites I’d used.
Secondly their handling of the incident was incredible took all the hassle away from me.
Finally Tasmyn Billington handled my renewal (awkward after a claim in year 1) and couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Yes my premium increased but that was to be expected and she did an awesome job of making it a lot less eye watering than it could otherwise have been.
I highly recommend working with these guys. They take all the hassle out of it and are almost old fashioned in their approach to personal touch and customer service, which I find an amazing breath of fresh air. Well done Howdens and thank you Tasmyn.
