Reece from the Aylesbury branch arrange the insurance and breakdown cover for my horse box. He explained things in simple terms so that I fully understood. This meant I realised that I actually needed less mileage cover, as a result I got more money discounted from my quote that was already a lot cheaper than last year :-)

Howden and in particular the person on the end of the phone was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information. This was helpful as this is our first step into the campervan experience.

Polly was exceptionally helpful as I had several insurers say no as I didn’t look good on paper. She assured me she had seen a lot worse and duly found me a better quote for my Horsebox than I had for my car. I am very happy and will use them for my car when it is up for renewal. 🤩

When I new the details of my new car and the date I would be collecting it, I called into the Eastbourne branch, I spoke to Jade, she went through the information & found me a cheeper cover, so thank you for covering me for another year.

They listened to my needs and provided a policy that matched my needs, they weren’t the most competitive however the policy offered was fully inclusive of my needs. Will most certainly be discussing our other policies with them when renewal dates come around.
