Cannot praise enough! - I was transferred over to A-Plan automatically from the S.I.B when they closed down and I then experienced a problem with a breakdown company attempting to charge me even though I had paid for coverage previously - before the company was absorbed by A-Plan. The experience of attempting to deal with the breakdown company was very stressful for me and I turned to A-Plan for help. Ed Harris and the team in the Guildford branch have been absolutely fantastic. They told me not to worry and that they would take it on for me and they really fought my corner, relieved my stress and have been brilliant. They listened to my problem, made the communication feel personal and friendly, put me at ease and ultimately were paramount in my receiving an apology letter from the breakdown company. I have only good things to say about them and will without hesitation stay with them in the future.

They are very honest and declare everthing which is within your policy aswell terms & conditions to a standard where you will be aware of changes which would happen over the time of your yearly insurance if anything happens. Great cover aswell and brilliant reliable addons which will be of use to most people.

I have been dealing with A-plan for many years. I like to be able to pick up the phone and talk through my requirements. A-plan staff are very pleasant to deal with and do there best to provide me with the best insurance for my needs. I hope to be able to use them for many years to come.

When I first spoke to A-Plan's member of staff, I was impressed with their politeness,professionalism and knowledgeable when asking a question. Although, I am fortunate to have not been in a position to use them for making a claim. That I think is "Proof in the pudding" as to how efficient they really are. Otherwise I am Pro A-Plan.

Have bought both vehicle and house / contents insurances and in both instances have received an excellent service. All of the staff were very thorough and found suitable insurances which met my specific requirements which many of the standard policies would not satisfy.
