I hadn’t heard of A-Plan Insurance but was doing a comparison search when renewing my car insurance. I telephoned the company and they were very helpful and competitive, offering me a cash back deal. Their service has been excellent and I will use them when my home insurance is due for renewal.

At last an insurer who you can talk to without waiting forever on the phone and also it doesn't matter that if you speak to a different person each time - they all know whats going on (unlike Admiral who are a nightmare to deal with)

Took out the policy, then less than a week later I received a leaflet stating a cash back deal for new customers. Phoned to be told I don't qualify as I had already taken the policy. Not impressed.
