Have been with A Plan for 4 yrs. They were recommended to me originally and I have continued with them ever since. They are very helpful will always find best policy for you. Plus the recovery company they use are excellent, having had to call them out twice each time service was immediate, curtious and successful. Can't ask for more.

I use Aplan to ensure that the cover I need is the cover I get
They can answer my questions and I do not have to read through millions of tiny clauses - I tell them what I need and they find it for me. So much easier than trawling through lots of sites that cant answer my questions

Friendly, helpful and informative every time I deal with anyone at A plan. I dont mean this to be racist in any way shape or form but it makes a huge difference to me to be able to talk to and understand people that are professional and clear when dealing with anything over the phone. Very pleased with service. Staff always polite and helpful. If they say they'll ring you back, they always do. Never have to remember a renewal date as the staff ring you. I find the prices good and I like the fact that you can talk to a person face to face in branch or via the phone.
