I changed to A - Plan 2 years ago because of their very reasonable car insurance quote, and their polite professional service from all their staff, I have since taken out our Building and contents insurance with them for the same reasons, it is also nice that they are local to us, so any queries we can call in to chat face to face.

I have been with A-Plan for sometime now. I love the fact that the telephone is answered promptly, the staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. I have several vehicles insured through them and although some of the details are a little complex, they have always been able to meet my insurance needs for what I consider a fair price.
