I have dealt with Aplan High Wycombe Private Clients for many years & they are exceptional in all respects. Tom Howland could not have been any more helpful or professional this morning when quoting/setting up my Wife's car insurance policy - ensuring we had the optional extras which matched our needs, without hard-selling others we did not require.
I would recommend Tom & High Wycombe Private Clients to anyone.
The only suggestion I would have, is they consider accepting AMEX to take payment. The Amex fees are lower now and the added benefit of receiving AMEX reward points when paying insurance, would enhance the transactional experience.

Online facilities easy to navigate, however local high street broker available if required.
No excessive price hikes if insurances renewed (i.e. unlike some providers where loyalty is discouraged by better offers being made to new customers).
Renewal notifications sent in plenty of time with discaounts if renewed online.
A-Plan seem to be good customer focused broker. Oh! and they don’t pester you too much to take up other services that can provide, all they tend to do, is make you aware of other services, but then leave you alone (no pesky cold calls etc).

I have been insured with you since 2011 for motor and home insurance.
The service i have had has been good and i would recommend you to friends and family, I would say though. That some of my vehicles are of a more specialist type and you have not been found competitive on both price and cover on these particular vehicles.
And sadly for that reason i have moved my business on those vehicles at least for now.
My other needs will be judged when renewal is due. And i will see how things are then. BUT you have done me well and thank you
