I have seen some other reviews that do not show A-Plan in good light.
My experience is first class service all around and very competitive to the point that all my insurances are now with A-Plan Hereford office. No doubt some of this is due to leadership in the office and has to be noted.
All the staff make me feel known and welcome whether in person or on the phone.
I have had to make a household claim recently due to fire and the claim was dealt with swiftly and effectively and took ALL the gassle away from me, exactly the service one looks for.
Any questions I have are dealt with first time and professionally or come back to me within the timeframe.
So, whether it be car, motorbike, house, travel or landlord insurance, ALL insurances are very competitive, service is too draw, all matters dealt with without hesitation.
I certainly recommend anyone to try A-Plan Hereford office

After looking on the INTERNET on those confusing compare sites and searching Google I found Aplane insurance services and gave them a try for my home insurance and I was given a price which we was happy with which fitted our needs and we was that happy with the service I called them for my car insurance and they listened to my needs and I was give a price that once again I was happy with.
