Very helpful team, but like all insurers, they try to extract a little more money out of the customer each year for no real reason.
In a addition, the couple of times I've needed their help with a claim a few years ago. They didn't really offer any help against a third-party driver who was clearly under the influence of drugs. Weren't really interested unless I had 'legal protection' cover.

I had a good experience when taking out insurance on my new home which was a problem with my previous insurer being a coach house for which they had no references on which to based a quote. A plan resolved this with professionalism.

As usual friendly service. However, one observation. Staff should check more thoroughly before saying why premium has increased. Once challenged became apparent that their explanation was not true. There was another factor causing the increase.
